Electric heating industrial oven
This series of electric oven is adopted hot air circulation design for the duct structure . Hot air circulation is more than 6 times in 1Min. So the temperature is uniform. Due to adopting the large power multi - leaf centrifugal fan,the product dry quickly with the flow quickly air go through the surface. As the heating element is placed in the side of the air duct, so the malfunctions like burning of electric wire, leakage can be avoided when the wet workpieces are put into the oven.
By using of the low-load electric heating pipe, increasing the heat dissipation area, the explosion factors are reduced in a centain extant when the low ignition point of solvent gas contact directly with the electric wire . This is more secure for solid of coil drying, paint coating, epoxy resin.
This series of oven are fixed with high-precision digital temperature controller, reading more accurate and intuitive. DZ47N high breaking leakage automatic breaker is installed on the input power side, provides protection of short circuit, leakage and others.
More saft and relaible when oven is running with the over-temperature controller. Widely application of the RFD-()CS oven with the digital time relay. When the workpiece in the oven exploded, the loss will be reduced with RFD-()CS oven series have a special pressure relief device.
