This series box type resistance cycle furnace is mainly used for steel parts, mould and measuring tools and other hardware products of tempering (or aging)and other heat treatment.

Hot air circulation fan and air deflector.
Adopt for centrifugal fan to make device inside formed circulation wind, the circulation wind through the exhaust opening into the both sides and the back side air duct heating wire , formed the hot wind after heat exchange. Hot wind through both sides and the back side air duct into the working chamber from the round hole of the air duct panel. Heat transfer to workpiece after working, the hot air flow back to exhaust opening after work at the same time, and then return back to inside of the both sides and back side air duct, again into the heat cycle. Such as repeated cycle, ensure the each area temperature of furnace is uniform, ruled out low temperature dead angle and hot air blind area, so as to ensure the quality of the work.
Heating Element.
1)The electric heating element is made of a 0Cr25Al5 alloy resistance wire wound into a spiral shape and then sleeved on a ceramic tube, suspended above and below the furnace, which greatly improves the service life of the resistance wire. 2)When replacing, you only need to pull out the broken electric heating element from the back of the furnace and replace it with a new electric heating element, which is very convenient and does not affect production.
Temperature control system.
1.The controllers system is equipped with over temperature alarm and overtempera -ture power off . 2.Adopts HMI touch screen control system , can reading and check actual temperature curve of furnace each zone Main record temperature data, steel belt running speed, operation time, malfunction time and over-temperature alarm time. 3.The datacan be stored within the touch screen storage card, and can copy the data use U disk. 4. System support for Spanish language, English, Chinese etc.
